Privacy policy.
We keep things simple. No tracking cookies, no data selling, no nonsense. Here is exactly what we collect and why.
Who we are
Elele Group is a small web agency based in the United Kingdom. We build and maintain websites, web applications, and digital infrastructure for clients. Our products include FluxerList, Budify, and FluxerTools.
When we refer to "we", "us", or "elele" in this policy, we mean Elele Group.
What we collect
When you visit elele.group, we collect basic analytics data - pages visited, referrer, browser type, device type, and approximate country. This is handled by Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
If you contact us by email, we receive and store the contents of that email, including your email address and anything else you choose to share.
We do not run advertising, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not sell data.
How we use it
Analytics data is used only to understand how people use our site - which pages are visited, where traffic comes from, and how the site performs. It is never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Email data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage our working relationship with you.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services in operating this site and our products:
Umami Analytics (analytics.umami.is) - cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics. No personal data is transferred.
Supabase - database and backend infrastructure for our products. Data processed by Supabase is subject to their privacy policy.
OVH - server hosting and infrastructure. OVH may process request logs as part of normal infrastructure operation.
Cookies
elele.group does not use cookies. Our analytics provider (Umami) is explicitly chosen because it operates without cookies or persistent identifiers.
Some third-party services we link to may use their own cookies. We have no control over those.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained for as long as it is useful for understanding site performance, and can be cleared on request.
Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential working relationship.
Your rights
If you are based in the UK or EEA, you have rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
